Tick the clients you look after. The press releases list then shows just those by default — the “Show all clients” button at the top brings everything back whenever you need it. Changes save themselves.

      value of coverage

Each PR report deck gets one self-contained “value of coverage” slide: an estimated equivalent advertising value per placement (article audience × the CPM benchmark for that kind of publication × a coverage-quality weighting × the editorial premium) plus a 1–10 quality score. The benchmarks below are yours to tune — they are printed on the slide as the method. Figures use each client’s currency, set in their Release setup. Delete the slide from any finished deck where the numbers are not wanted; nothing else in the deck refers to them.

Notifications arrive as DIRECT MESSAGES from the Copper Leaf PR app — never into a channel. When a report reaches Awaiting confirmation or a draft deck is built, the person working on that PR gets the message; when nobody is, every PR team member does. Install the bot token with its paste first. (The channel picker below is kept for future channel digests — these notifications do not use it.)

Each press release can be linked to its task on the master asset board (the app looks in the Case Studies and Writing groups). Install the monday.com token with its paste first, then choose the master asset board here. Linking itself happens on each card in the list.

      search schedule

App-wide rhythm for the overnight coverage scans. The first scan runs the chosen number of days after a release goes out; each later scan runs that many days after the previous one; when the list runs out, only the fixed final sweep remains. Every release ALWAYS gets a scan the day before its report is due, and approved items always run overnight. Leave the list empty for the old rhythm (first scan straight away, then weekly).

      clients

The Hub is the single source of truth for clients: the list syncs from it on start-up and every hour, and only clients marked Active and ticked for PR appear. The PR tick works both ways — on the Hub’s Accounts page, or from here: Add PR on the “Other active clients” tab (or Remove PR on a PR client) changes it on the Hub itself. Names, logos and Drive folders come from the Hub. Clients that are NOT in the Hub (usually a Constant Contact send that didn’t match a known client) are also listed, so their releases can be reassigned to the right client.

      report filing

When the Hub sets exact report folders for a client (Accounts > Drive folders), those are used as-is. Otherwise reports file into these subfolders inside the client’s main Hub folders (created automatically if missing). Same names for every client.
